FORENSIC INSPECTIONS
Structure Consultants has provided forensic inspection services for more than 10-years and offers in-depth knowledge
and experience relative to building construction, methods, systems and accessibility. Our forensic capabilities include
site evaluation, in-place verification of materials and workmanship, destructive and non-destructive examination. We
can supply photo documentation, construction defect and damage mapping, final repair evaluation reports, and
constructability and cost analysis. Evaluation of past inspection records for completeness, accuracy and contractual

Structure Consultants provides quality assurance / quality control observation, monitoring and testing of construction
materials in accordance with International Building Code (IBC), California Building Code (CBC) section 1704A.1.1 and
Title 24, and the California Green Code (CGC). We are knowledgeable of construction materials including aggregates,
asphalt, reinforcing steel, structural steel, concrete, masonry, fireproofing, and are familiar with construction processes
and methods. Our project experience has ranged in complexity and size throughout California. Members of our
technical team are certified by a number of agencies including:
Division of State Architect (DSA) Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD)
American Welding Society (AWS) International Code Council (ICC)
American Concrete Institute (ACI)

Green Building Code. Developed and implemented construction work plans for the review and oversight of recycled
materials removal during both demolition and construction phases. Members of our technical team are certified by both
the California Building Code – Green Council and the International Code Council (ICC). Projects include:

Structure Consultants has provided Project Management expertise on projects ranging from $5M to $100M for both
private and public agencies. Formulating a plan for each specific project we are able to offer complete inspection
oversight, evaluation of construction materials, review all progress reports while coordinating entire construction team,
monitor work progress, prepare change orders and review payment certificates while managing overall project issues
and timelines. Projects include:
